Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcasting system which can enhance efficiency in attracting customers.SOLUTION: The digital broadcasting system for broadcasting a content in an area which is set in a service provision zone of a mobile communication network has a server, a content generation part, and a transmission unit. The server generates access information which is to be an evidence of the existence to the area. The content generation part generates a broadcasting content including the access information. The transmission unit broadcasts the broadcasting content to the area. The server further has an access management part and a reception part. The access management part, on the basis of the access information received through the mobile communication network, accepts or denies an access from a mobile terminal of an access source. The reception part receives data transmitted through the mobile communication network from the mobile terminal whose access is accepted.
