Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for processing a stamping transfer capable of preventing the occurrence of disturbances such as floating, bonding failure, wrinkle occurrence, strain occurrence of the foil materials, thereby transferring and forming a stamping transfer irregular pattern faithful to the irregular pattern formed on the surface of a stamping plate.SOLUTION: The stamping transfer processing method and the stamping transfer system includes the stamping plate 2 that has a receiving substrate 3 and an irregular pattern part 2a, supplies a workpiece 4 and a transfer foil material 5 between the receiving substrate 3 and the stamping plate 2, and transfers and forms the stamping transfer irregular pattern to the surface of the workpiece by mutually pressing the stamping plate 2 and the receiving substrate 3. In the process of pressing and driving at least one of the stamping plate 2 and the receiving substrate 3, the transfer foil material 5 is formed in a tension holding fixed state by keeping and holding and fixing the tension, and through this transfer foil material 5, the stamping transfer irregular pattern is transferred and formed on the workpiece surface by pressing mutually the stamping plate 2 and the workpiece 4.
