Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-freeze faucet which can achieve smoother operability of opening/closing operation.SOLUTION: An anti-freeze faucet includes: a valve mechanism body 10 which is connected to a pipe line of a water pipe; a valve seat 21 which is provided integrally with the valve mechanism body 10 and has a water passage hole 22 which communicates a lower water supply passage 11 with an upper water supply passage 12; a valve body 25 which is brought into contact with a seal part of the valve seat 21 from below, thereby closing the water passage hole 22 to stop water; a rod 30 which is provided with the valve body 25 at the lower end, formed in a rod shape whose upper end is linked to an operation part 50, and, when descending, releases the closing of the water passage hole 22 by the valve body 25 to bring a water flow state; and a spring 33 which is arranged between the rod 30, the valve body 25 and a spring receiving part 35a provided integrally with the valve mechanism body 10, and which energizes the rod 30 and the valve body 25 upward. The valve body 25 includes a main valve 26 and a top valve 27, and includes a water passage groove 32 and a spring guide 35.
