Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film fitting device by which a fitting time required for fitting a tubular film to a fitted body can be shortened.SOLUTION: A film fitting device includes an upper shot roller 50 and a lower shot roller 60. In the upper shot roller 50, a tubular label L fitted to a mandrel 20 is held between the mandrel 20 and itself, and sent out to a lower side. The lower shot roller is disposed at the lower end of the mandrel 20 and in the lower shot roller, the label L sent to the lower side by the upper shot roller is received by holding the label L between the mandrel 20 and itself, and sent out to a lower side, thereby fitting the label L to a bottle container B passing immediately below the mandrel 20. Regarding the upper shot roller 50 and the lower shot roller 60, the height of the upper shot roller 50 is set so that both the rollers do not simultaneously hold the label L with the mandrel 20, and the upper shot roller 50 is rotated intermittently but the lower shot roller 60 is rotated continuously at a rotating speed corresponding to a fitting speed during operation.
