Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AV apparatus use technique for easily performing timer reservation and reservation management by cooperation of a plurality of apparatuses.SOLUTION: In an AV apparatus system, various AV apparatuses such as satellite broadcast receivers 100a and 100b, a recorder 110 and a monitor 120 are connected by a control bus 10. Timer reservation sections 104 and 114 including reserved data managing sections 105 and 115 are installed in the various AV apparatuses. The AV apparatus for setting and performing timer reservation stores reservation in the reserved data managing section 105, and gives a request to the other AV apparatus which operates in cooperation upon reservation execution to store the reservation in the reserved data managing section 115 or directly writes it.
