Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange only a worn cutter bit when a cutter bit is worn, and to allow a cutter bit to be immune to a large load during use.SOLUTION: A drilling tool comprises a holder 5 which is fixed to a rotary drum 2 which is rotated forcibly and a removable cutter bit 7 which is mounted to the holder 5, and the cutter bit 7 and the holder 5 are bolted. A forked recess of a fitting groove is formed in a terminal portion of the bit 7, and a plate-shaped portion which is engaged with the forked recess of the cutter bit 7 is provided in the holder 5. In the cutter bit 7, a jaw 8 comprised of a lock step is formed in a main body part ahead of the forked recess so as to protrude backward during drilling, and a corner part 8a of the jaw 8 is engaged to a terminal of the holder 5.
