Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric load control device capable of preventing a variation in the generation voltage of a generator from affecting the operation of an electric load by an inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A battery 3 and the electric load 4 are connected in parallel to an alternator 2. A switching element 9 is interposed between the alternator 2 and the electric load 4. The information on the generation voltage of the alternator 2 is acquired by a controller 10 for controlling the on/off of the switching element 9, and based on the information, the duty ratio of the on/off of the switching element 9 is set so that a generally constant voltage is applied to the electric load 4. The switching element 9 is turned on/off at that set duty ratio.
