PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully weld mutual abutment surfaces of a resin material and other resin material if the resin material is warped or waved, by ensuring a sufficient abutment area on the abutment surfaces of the resin material and the other resin material.SOLUTION: An overlapped part 82 in which seals 60 and 62 (resin material) are overlapped with each other is held between a support member 70 and a light permeable press member 74, and an elastic member 72 is provide between the light permeable press member 74 and the overlapped part 82 (or between the support member 70 and the overlapped part 82). In addition, a load is applied to the overlapped part 82 through the support member 70 and the light permeable press member 74, and also an abutment surface between the seals 60 and 62 is irradiated with a laser beam L through the light permeable press member 74.
