PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a recycled pellet which is free from curling and is as uniform as a virgin material.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a recycled pellet includes steps of: twisting a supplied continuous resin material R to form a twisted paper-like string material R1; stretching the twisted paper-like string material R1 by applying tension; compressing, in a dotted shape, a twisted paper-like string stretchable material R2 stretched by a pair of compressing rollers 70 having an uneven surface formed on an outer peripheral surface; and cutting a compressed string material R3 compressed in the dotted shape at a wider interval than a concave dent to form the recycled pellets P. After the continuous resin material R is twisted into the twisted paper-like string material R1, the curl is eliminated by applying tension to the material R1 for stretching, and is cut after the compression, thereby manufacturing the recycled pellet P free from curling.
