Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data analysis device capable of identifying a microparticle or a microparticle small group of an analysis target on a distribution map easily and intuitively and obtaining accurate statistical data on the microparticle or the microparticle small group of the analysis target.SOLUTION: A 3D data analysis device 1 includes: a data storage unit 130 for storing measurement data on a microparticle; an input unit 141 for selecting independent three kinds of variables from the measurement data; a data processing unit 120 for calculating a location and a graphic within a coordinate space having the three kinds of variables as coordinate axes and generating a 3D stereoscopic image depicting a characteristic distribution of the microparticle; and a display unit 142 for displaying the 3D stereoscopic image. The 3D data analysis device 1 displays the graphic in each of a plurality of areas of the coordinate space, which are divided by planes into a plurality of areas, in a different color.
