Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide good visibility during visual confirmation by a worker and to prevent a coating defect from occurring.SOLUTION: A finisher roller 5 has a roll rotary shaft 5c arranged on one side by a plate cylinder 2 so as to be positioned below a plate cylinder rotary shaft 2c, and rotates while being in contact with the outer peripheral surface 2a of the plate cylinder 2 after coating liquid transfer. Both side plates 7 are apart from each other in the plate cylinder rotary shaft, and are each in slide contact with a contact part between the plate cylinder 2 and finisher roller 5 to an outer peripheral surface 5a including the upper part of the outer peripheral surface 2a of the plate cylinder 2 and the top part of the finisher roll 5. A bridging plate 77 forms a bridge between non-plate-cylinder-2 sides of both the side plates 7 to close the non-plate-cylinder-2 sides in a vertical direction and a plate cylinder rotation direction, and has a lower end in slide contact with the outer peripheral surface 5a of the finisher roll 5. A liquid reservoir part 20 comprises the plate cylinder 2, the finisher roller 5, both the side plates 7, and the bridging plate 77.
