Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw compressor capable of being miniaturized as a whole by miniaturizing a shell and tube heat exchanger.SOLUTION: This screw compressor includes a compressor body and the shell and tube heat exchanger for cooling the compressed air discharged from the compressor body. A tube 11 disposed in the shell and tube heat exchanger, is constituted of cylinders 11a, 11b at both end sides, and a multi-lobate tube 11c at a center side, having the corrugated shape with crest portions and trough portions alternately arranged in the circumferential direction. The part of the multi-lobate tube provided at the center side of the tube is formed into the twisted multi-lobate spiral shape.
