Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve using a seal member excellent in fluorinated fluid-resistant property, and to provide an evaluation method for a valve.SOLUTION: The valve using a seal member uses the seal member containing 5 to 25 pts.mass of carbon nanofiber and 10 to 40 pts.mass of carbon black with respect to 100 pts.mass of ternary system fluorine-containing elastomer having a fluorine content of 65 mass% or less. The seal member has 8 MPa or more of a stress, on 50% elongation after a liquid-resistant test for immersing in perfluoropolyether (>99.9% [w/w]) at 130°C for 103 hours. The seal member has 4.0% or less of a volume change rate before and after the liquid-resistant test. In the valve V, the seal member 9 is used. |
