Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell module which prevents peeling of a metal oxide thin film layer provided on surface protection glass in a process where solar cells are sealed with an adhesive resin layer.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a solar cell module, surface protection glass, an adhesive resin, solar cells, the adhesive resin, and a rear surface protection sheet are laminated in the written order and are formed by thermo compression bonding. A metal oxide thin film layer is provided on a surface of the surface protection glass which is opposite to the adhesive resin side. A metal layer or a metal oxide layer of a lamination film, where the metal layer or the metal oxide layer is provided on a polyester film, is placed in contact with the metal oxide thin film layer of the surface protection glass, and the thermo compression bonding is performed thereon. |
