PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic suspension device for a vehicle, which has simple structure and causes appropriate reaction force to be generated for a change in the attitude of the vehicle, thereby stabilizing the attitude of the vehicle.SOLUTION: The pneumatic suspension device for the vehicle includes: a pair of right and left trailing members 12, the front edges of which are turnably attached respectively to the right and left outsides of a frame provided in the vehicle 100, and which are bent from outside to inside of the frame; an axle member 24 which is fixed to the trailing members 12, and on both the ends of which right and left wheels of the vehicle are mounted; a pair of right and left air springs 14 provided between the frame and the trailing members 12; a pair of shock absorbers 16 provided between the frame and the trailing members 12; and an attitude maintaining member 18 which is provided between rear ends of the pair of right and left trailing members 12, and which causes desired reaction force to be generated for relative displacement between the pair of right and left trailing members 12 when the relative displacement occurs.
