The amount of water absorption of the hydrolyzable absorber layer 41 is set to be 300 g/mor more, and the tear strength in the planar direction of the water insoluble resin layer 42 is set to be 0.15 N/40 mm or less in both a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.
