Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase of power consumption in file transmission and reception.SOLUTION: A user terminal 10 stores a file reception program 25 which realizes a function to receive a file and a file transmission program 24 which realizes a function to transmit a file to another user terminal 10, in a storage device 103. A reception terminal of a file transmits a file acquisition request to a server 30, and also starts the file reception program 25. The server 30 searches for terminal information according to the file acquisition request, and transmits a push notification which specifies a transmission terminal and the file to the transmission terminal corresponding to the obtained terminal information. On receiving the push notification, the transmission terminal starts the file transmission program 24 by specifying the reception terminal and the file.
