Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image receiving sheet which is improved in various performances such as a handling property, scratch resistance, back printability, blocking resistance and abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: The thermal transfer image receiving sheet 10 includes a base material 11, a receptive layer 15, on one surface of the base material, and a back surface layer 16 containing, on the surface opposite to the receptive layer of the base material, a binder resin, colloidal silica and a friction regulating agent. The binder resin contains an emulsion having a grass transition temperature of 70°C or higher, and the average particle diameter of the colloidal silica is 20 to 500 nm, and the friction regulating agent contains silica particles. |
