Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell unit which will not have short circuit or the like of a circuit board due to a liquid spill of a battery, and which hardly contaminates circumference with an electrolyte leaked from the battery.SOLUTION: A battery unit 1 of the invention includes: a battery block 20, a circuit board 40 provided under the battery block 20; a receiving hardware 30 provided between the battery block 20 and the circuit board 40 and receiving an electrolyte leaked from the battery 21 of the battery block 20; an absorption sheet 51 provided in the receiving hardware 30; a pedestal 52 provided in the receiving hardware 30 and supporting the battery block 20 at a position not contacting with the absorption sheet 51.
