Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a code reader integrated lighting device which can store read ID information in association with location information on reading the ID information from a bar code existing in the vicinity.SOLUTION: When a bar code reader unit 12 reads a bar code existing in an area lightened by a lighting unit 11 of a lightning device 1, a control unit 10 stores the read ID information in association with a place and a date in a read ID storage unit 13, compares the stored ID with data stored in a registered ID storage unit, and controls display contents of a display unit 17 and a buzzer 18 according to consistency/inconsistency of the data. Also, according to a specific operation by a key operation unit 16, the control unit 10 transmits the read ID information to an ID information management device 4 via a communication control unit 15.
