Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal flow sensor for vehicles that allows a bridge circuit unit with a heating resistor to easily ensure the necessary power, and protects an integrated circuit (IC) unit from battery line overvoltage and superimposed surge.SOLUTION: A thermal flow sensor for vehicles includes: a bridge circuit unit 50 having a heating resistor whose resistance value changes according to temperature, and a resistance thermometer whose resistance value changes according to temperature, for detecting a temperature of a fluid; and an integrated circuit unit 6 controlling the bridge circuit unit and outputting a signal of detected fluid flow rate. A drive power source for the bridge circuit unit is supplied from a battery 30, and a drive power source for the integrated circuit unit is supplied from a constant voltage source stabilized by a fuel injection control device 1.
