Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform lock operation and lock releasing operation of electric steering, by eliminating a state of not accepting the lock releasing operation, even if a rest swing state of the steering is caused, by using an actuator such as an inexpensive motor being low in heat resistance having no overheat protective function.SOLUTION: When a repetitive frequency of the lock releasing operation does not exceed a predetermined set frequency within a predetermined set time (9 sec) after a push start switch 5 is pushed (a predetermined operation start), a steering lock control part 6 controls a current-carrying time to the motor 7 so as to become a first time T1, and when the repetitive frequency of the lock releasing operation exceeds the set frequency in the set time, the current-carrying time to the motor 7 is controlled in a second time T2 (<T1) shorter than the first time T1 in a switching system. |
