Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seawater desalination plant system having a function of scheduling a fresh water producing water quantity plan for a fixed period to minimize a water producing cost (an electric power consumption rate) on condition of satisfying a fresh water producing water quantity required for the fixed period.SOLUTION: The seawater desalination plant system includes a desalination plant section 10 for producing fresh water from seawater, and supplies produced fresh water to consumers through a distribution basin 20. A seawater quality predicting means 32 predicts the quality of seawater for every predetermined time in a certain fixed period, based on the past measured values. An optimal plan computing means prepares a plurality of fresh water producing water quantity plans for the fixed period in which the fresh water producing water quantity required for the fixed period is allotted for every predetermined time, computes the electric power consumption rate for desalination using the seawater quality predicted for every predetermined time, the fresh water producing water quantity, and a previously obtained recovery rate on each of these fresh water producing water quantity plans, and obtains an optimal fresh water producing water quantity plan based on the electric power consumption rate. A display means 36 displays the contents of the obtained optimal desalination plan. |
