Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical biometric apparatus allowing an operator to easily acquire a position of a measuring site from which measurement data is acquired and to simultaneously observe all the measurement data.SOLUTION: The optical biometric apparatus 1 includes: a light transmitting/receiving unit 50 having a plurality of light transmitting probes 12 disposed on the surface of the scalp of a subject, and a plurality of light receiving probes 13 disposed on the surface of the scalp; a light transmitting/receiving unit control unit 40 for controlling the light transmitting probes to apply light to the scalp surface and the light receiving probes to detect the light emitted from the scalp surface so as to obtain measurement data on brain activity; and a measurement data display control unit 21c for displaying the measurement data. The optical biometric apparatus further includes a developed surface image display control unit 21b for displaying a developed surface image obtained by developing the scalp surface or the brain surface on a plane. The measurement data display control unit 21c displays the measurement data on the developed surface image.
