PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground wire lead-out part capable of being easily and stably fixed to power cables in various sizes without the need of troublesome time and labor, improving workability and reducing costs, and a power cable connection part including the ground wire lead-out part.SOLUTION: A ground wire lead-out part 140 includes: a ground wire lead-out metal fitting 141 formed in a planar shape having a first surface 141A and a second surface 141B facing each other, provided to have certain length, and arranged such that a second surface side is along an outer periphery of an insulation sheath of the power cable; a ground wire connection conductor 142 for connecting the ground wire lead-out metal fitting 141 with an external ground wire; and a covering layer 161 for covering a part that needs to be covered. In the ground wire lead-out metal fitting 141, a shield conductor 112 is electrically connected to at least one of the first surface and the second surface at one end part in a direction along the axis of the power cable, and the ground wire connection conductor 142 is electrically connected to at least one of the first surface and the second surface at the other end part.
