Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film with an adhesive layer, even when a transparent conductor layer is crystallized by a heat treatment, capable of minimizing a surface level difference generated by a patterning, and eliminating degradation in an appearance failure, such as peeling and foaming, during the heat treatment.SOLUTION: In a transparent conductive film with an adhesive layer, an adhesive including a block copolymer or a graft copolymer that has a (meth)acrylic-based polymer segment (A) with a glass-transition temperature of 0°C or less, and a (meth)acrylic-based polymer segment (B1) or a styrene-based polymer segment (B2) with a glass-transition temperature of 110°C or more is used as a base polymer.
