PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag wherein the rise of reaction force from the airbag is fast at a restraint initial stage, an airbag apparatus, and a vehicle including the same.SOLUTION: This airbag 10 includes: a right half-side airbag 12 inflated on the front right side of an occupant; a left half-side airbag 14 inflated on the front left side of the passenger; and a base end chamber 16 communicating with the base end sides of the right half-side airbag 12 and the left half-side airbag 14. The right half-side airbag 12 and the left half-side airbag 14 are stitched with each other through a seam 90S. The insides of the respective bags 12, 14 communicate with each other through upper and lower openings 91, 92. Peripheral parts of the openings 91, 92 are stitched with each other through seams 91S, 92S. A vertically extending recessed part 13 is present on a surface of the inflated airbag 10 facing the occupant. The opening 91 has a shape long in the front-back direction.
