Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition to be used for treatment of a spinal cord injury and for promotion of axonal regeneration.SOLUTION: The fused protein contains: a composition that contains a proteoglycan decomposition molecule; a composition that can inhibit and/or overcome the activity of the neuron growth inhibition molecule; a proteoglycan decomposition domain; and a domain that can inhibit and/or overcome the activity of neuron growth inhibition molecule. A composition containing this protein is used to promote the plasticity, regrowth, repair and/or regeneration of non-functional neuron in the CNS damaged as a result of retrogressive diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases repair and/or regeneration as the result of the disease of a retrogressive disease etc. that contain the Alzheimer's disease and a Parkinson's disease. Use of a proteoglycan decomposition polypeptide or a film transduction polypeptide in this composition promotes also the diffusion and access to damaged or diseased tissue of another therapeutic drug that is used to promote the regeneration of neuron.
