Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a screw for fixation may be dropped during attachment work or maintenance work and cause an injury of a passersby when an LED light emitting device is installed at a high place such as a side wall of a building.SOLUTION: An LED light emitting device 100 according to one embodiment of the invention includes: multiple LEDs 1; a case 3 having the LEDs at the front surface side; and a screw 5 which has a screw cutting part and is used for fixing the case 3 to the exterior. The case 3 has an insertion part 4 for allowing the screw 5 to be inserted from the front surface side thereof and to be penetrated to the rear surface side thereof. The insertion part 4 has an elastic member 7, having a first inner diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the screw cutting part, at the inner side thereof, and the elastic member 7 is fixed at the insertion part 4.
