Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater for an impulse type heat sealer, which has a flexibility and makes deformation difficult to be left even after an object to be sealed has been sealed.SOLUTION: In a heater 11 for an impulse type heat sealer, a seal part of an object to be sealed is heated to be melted, thereby to seal the object to be sealed. The heater 11 is a braid obtained by knitting a plurality of filamentous heating elements, and each of the heating elements is a metal wire having a diameter of 0.1-0.5 mm.
