PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket interference measuring method of a flange capable of easily measuring a gasket interference of the flange.SOLUTION: This gasket interference measuring method of the flange measures the interference of a gasket installed between a pair of flanges and fastened by a fastening member, and easily and accurately measures the interference of the gasket installed between the flanges by a flange assembling process of temporarily fastening the flanges by the fastening member by assembling by sandwiching the gasket between the pair of flanges, a type gauge installing process of fixing a type gauge having a measuring device for displaying the interference of the gasket between a pair of flange outer peripheries, a zero point correcting process of correcting by adjusting the measuring device of the type gauge to a zero point, and a fastening process of fastening until a measured value of the type gauge reaches a predetermined value.
