The evacuation float 1 comprises the floating body 2, and an ocean-side slope 4 which is formed toward a top surface of the floating body 2 from a ground surface 3 on the ocean side of the floating body 2. The ocean-side slope 4 has a through-hole 11 through which seawater passes.
