Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraper for getting the last drip of a substance (paste or cream) from a container without waste, and used as an applicator for applying the substance to anything or anyone.SOLUTION: The scraper A has a flat body portion 2b maintained horizontally to secure the range of free use operation, a handle portion is formed integrally from the horizontal surface to a vertical oval surface 1d orthogonal to the horizontal surface by 180 degrees. Accordingly, the vertical oval surface is allowed to be vertically held between a thumb and an index finger, the handle is allowed to be rotationally operated (moved) 180 degrees at least horizontally and vertically about the wrist, the scraper is freely operated while maintaining the flat scraping surface 2b and its horizontal shape easy to scrape, and the scraper having a shape easy to use is provided.
