Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of appropriately reproducing image data.SOLUTION: A mode setting part 112 has a function of selectively setting a 2D display output mode and a 3D display output mode. A reproduction control part 132 differs the switching control of display images in accordance with a display output mode set by the mode setting part 112. When cross-fading a first display image and a second display image by changing opacity in the two display images as time elapses, the reproduction control part 132 performs control to allow the sum of the opacity of the first display image and the opacity of the second display image in the 3D display output mode to be equal to or less than the sum of the opacity of the first display image and the opacity of the second display image in the 2D display output mode in a cross-fade processing period.
