PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin delivery device and a coin processing apparatus for smoothly ejecting an object which should be ejected.SOLUTION: A coin delivery device 1 includes: a rotary disk 11 configured to move and deliver a coin C placed on a placement surface 11f whose angle made with a vertical surface VF becomes an acute angle; a storage container 21 configured to be fit into the rotary disk 11 from the outside, and to form a storage space 21s in which the coin C can be stored cooperatively with the rotary disk 11; and a storage container moving mechanism 30 configured to move the storage container 21 between a position in a holding state where the coin C can be held in the storage space 21s and a position in a falling state where a gap 21h is formed between the lower part of the rotary disk 11 and the lower part of the storage container 21 such that a storage object falls from the lower part of the storage space 21s. Since the whole storage container 21 is moved when the storage object is ejected, the storage object can be smoothly ejected without generating any joint such as an inverse level difference in the gap 21h. The coin processing apparatus includes: the coin delivery device 1; an identification device; and a holding part.
