Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an outflow of steam generated from an object to be cooked from a clearance between a box body and a door and the dew condensation of the steam on the inner side of the door.SOLUTION: The heat insulating door 200 is rotatably connected to a lower portion or an upper portion on the front side of the box body 100 so as to be longitudinally opened with respect to an opening. Each clearance 111 at a predetermined interval is formed at a lower side or an upper side between the box body 100 and the heat insulating door 200 with the heat insulating door 200 closed. The box body 100 is formed in the lateral thereof a hole 161 for introducing outside air sent by a blast means into a heating chamber 10. The hole 161 is positioned adjacently to the clearance 111 on the side surface of the heating chamber 10. The outside air introduced from the hole 161 into the heating chamber 10 is made to flow so as to intersect the opening, and the steam generated from the object to be cooked by heating by a heating device is prevented from being made to flow from the clearance 111 to the outside of the heating chamber 10. |
