Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align a shaft core of a rotor central axis with a shaft core of a stator central axis at high precision in an assembly method of a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: An assembly method of a rotary electric machine comprises steps of: temporarily arranging a rotor to a rotor arrangement space in a central part of a case having a stator, and temporarily positioning a case cover having the rotor to the case having the stator (S14); lubricating a rotor shaft support bearing in a state of the temporary positioning (S16); rotating a rotor with respect to the case (S18); measuring a magnet reaction force which is applied to the case cover from the stator (S20); adjusting a position of the case cover with respect to the case in which the magnet reaction force becomes equal (S22); and coupling the case cover with the case at a position in which the magnet reaction force becomes equal per rotation cycle (S24). |
