Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor control device which can operate a plurality of motors, which are frequently accelerated or decelerated at the same time, under appropriate acceleration/deceleration conditions so as to reduce a cycle time without incurring increase in the power supply capacity of a common power supply.SOLUTION: An acceleration/deceleration parameter setting unit 3a calculates, within a range of limit values of suppliable power, or the power which can be supplied to all motors from a power source supplying unit 2, or a range of limit values of regenerable power, or the power by which amount the power source supplying unit 2 can process regenerative power from all motors, an acceleration/deceleration parameter 9 for each of two or more motors on the basis of a directed movement amount and a directed speed included in an operation directive 8.
