Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel stacked thermoelectric conversion module with a structure where a plurality of thermoelectric conversion modules are stacked, eliminating a factor causing deterioration in thermoelectric generation efficiency, thereby achieving thermal generation with high efficiency.SOLUTION: A stacked thermoelectric conversion module has a structure where a high temperature part module and a low temperature part module are stacked, the high temperature part module including a thermoelectric module using a metal oxide as a thermoelectric conversion material or a thermoelectric module using a silicon based alloy as a thermoelectric conversion material, and the low temperature part module using a bismuth-tellurium based alloy as a thermoelectric conversion material. In the stacked thermoelectric conversion module, a flexible heat transfer material, and if needed a metal plate, are arranged between the high temperature part module and the low temperature part thermoelectric conversion module. In another stacked thermoelectric conversion module, a cooling member is arranged on a cooling face side of the low temperature part module, and a flexible heat transfer material is arranged between the low temperature part module and the cooling member. |
