Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body tracking device for radiotherapy, allowing a moving body tracking processing means or a moving control means to acquire positional information on a gantry and a bed, etc.SOLUTION: A radiotherapy apparatus 1 and a sequence control device 6 for controlling movement of an imaging system 2 are configured to communicate with each other by making the radiotherapy apparatus 1 communicate with a moving body tracking processing part 5 and making the moving body tracking processing part 5 communicate with the sequence control device 6. Accordingly, both the radiotherapy apparatus 1 and the moving body tracking processing part 5 can share information, and as a result, both of the radiotherapy apparatus 1 and the moving body tracking processing part 5, and both of the radiotherapy apparatus 1 and the sequence control device 6 via the moving body tracking processing part 5 can acquire their respective situations of information. The moving body tracking processing part 5 and the sequence control device 6 can acquire the positional information on the gantry and the bed, etc. of the radiotherapy apparatus 1, so that the imaging system 2 can be disposed at an optimum position.
