Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinal device capable of suppressing the occurrence of urinary calculuses in a drain horizontal branch pipe while securing water saving performance.SOLUTION: A urinal device includes: a bowl part having a bowl back wall face to be opposed to a user and a bowl bottom face located below the bowl back wall face, for receiving a urine flow from the user; a drain port opened to the bowl bottom face; a trap part having a first standing water region and a second standing water region for reserving water to form seal water, and a first inflow port linked to the first standing water region and a second inflow port linked to the second standing water region; water supply means for supplying washing water to the bowl part; and a perforated plate 60 for covering the first inflow port and the second inflow port, and a hole part 62 through which urine and the washing water pass from the bowl part, and which utilizes a flow rate difference between the urine and the washing water for applying higher directivity to the first inflow port than to the second inflow port for the urine passing through the perforated plate 60.
