Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in routing information.SOLUTION: In a smart meter system 100, a communication device 102-A on which a task 111 is devolved transmits an event request message to a communication device 102-C in order to perform the task 111. The communication device 102-C adds temperature information of a building to a route information table 104-C which includes route information to be transmitted to the communication device 102-A. Continuously, the communication device 102-C determines if an evaluation value 112 is the "branching start." The communication device 102-C controls such that the event request message will not be sent to a communication device 102-E because the evaluation value 112 is the "branching start."
