Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power circuit that implements a higher response speed by employing a single-inductor multiple-output DC/DC conversion circuit using modulation control, and reduces the effect of cross regulation.SOLUTION: When an input voltage is input into a single-inductor dual-output DC/DC conversion circuit 150, output voltages are subjected to modulation control via first and second error amplifiers 151 and 152, first and second modulation circuits 153 and 154, and a drive circuit 155, and the single-inductor dual-output DC/DC conversion circuit 150 produces output voltages. The modulation control is characterized in that a pulse density of the outputs changes in proportion to the input signal. |
