Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for surely sending a response to a received order in order not to discomfort the consumer, even when a contact person of a store cannot quickly send a response to the received order due to some reason.SOLUTION: On receiving an e-mail, a mail server 100 determines whether the e-mail is a monitoring target by referring to a monitoring target table storage unit 107. When the e-mail is determined as a monitoring target, the mail server 100 stores information concerning the received e-mail in a reply monitoring table storage unit 108, and monitors a reply mail to the e-mail. If the mail server 100 does not receive a reply mail to the e-mail until a reply monitoring timer of a monitoring timer unit 106 causes time out, a mail generation processing unit 110 generates a substitute reply request mail for another terminal.
