PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of conveying work by reducing conveyance errors.SOLUTION: A management computer 3 compares the information on an article conveying destination acquired from an article label 21 affixed to an article 2 with the identification information on an article storage part 9 acquired from a location label 91 affixed to the article storage part 9, detects any conveyance error, and calculates the work mistake ratio for each worker 7 and each of the shape, the color, and the affixing position (the visual pattern) of the article label 21. Besides, an image pickup device 4 picks up the image of the operation of the worker 7 for visually recognizing the conveyance destination described on the article label 21, and the management computer calculates the watching ratio which is the ratio of the time for watching the article label 21 by the worker 7 to his operational time out of its picked up moving image by the worker 7 and the visual pattern. The work mistake ratio and the watching ratio to the visual pattern determined for each worker 7 are monitored every day, and when the work mistake ratio and the watching ratio are deviated from the existing normal range, the visual pattern determined for the worker 7 is changed.
