Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system capable of improving the operability of a user in obtaining a desired information list.SOLUTION: An indication position obtainment part 50 obtains a position within a screen indicated by a user. A locus acquisition part 51 acquires a locus input by the user when the user inputs the locus by indicating a position within the screen followed by moving the indicated position. A character string extraction part 52 extracts a character string from content displayed on the screen on the basis of the position obtained by the indication position obtainment part 50 or the locus acquired by the locus acquisition part 51. A list obtainment part 53 obtains an information list based on the character string extracted by the character string extraction part 52 and the locus acquired by the locus acquisition part 51. A display control part 54 causes a display part to display a list screen showing the information list obtained by the list obtainment part 53.
