PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin intake manifold and a method of manufacturing the resin intake manifold, which can reduce the volume of a surge tank, while reducing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The resin intake manifold 1 includes a middle piece 12 and a lower piece 14, and forming the surge tank 18 between the middle piece 12 and the lower piece 14 and forming a branch passage 16 communicating with the surge tank 18. The lower piece 14 is an integral mold by resin, and has a curved pipe conduit 20 of a curved shape and constituting a part of the branch passage 16, and a wall part 52 formed toward the middle piece 12 side from a passage port 34 between the curved pipe conduit 20 and the surge tank 18 on the inner peripheral side of the curved shape of the curved pipe conduit 20 and constituting a sidewall of the surge tank 18.
