Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture a hydrogen-enriched coke oven gas containing hydrogen in a high concentration by bleeding a high-temperature coke oven gas from a coke oven kiln and utilizing the sensible heat.SOLUTION: The manufacturing system of hydrogen-enriched coke oven gas is configured such that a coke oven gas is circulated from a coke oven to a crude coke oven gas reforming apparatus by connecting a bleeding pipe connected to the coke oven and the crude coke oven gas reforming apparatus; a control system is provided which control the flow of a crude coke oven gas circulated from the coke oven to the crude coke oven gas reforming apparatus in response to the fluctuation in the pressure and the flow volume of the coke oven gas generated in the coke oven; and at least, a metal oxide catalyst selected from a steam reforming catalyst, a carbon dioxide reforming catalyst, a partial oxidation reforming catalyst and a shift catalyst is packed in the crude coke oven gas reforming apparatus.
