PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box for housing a rolled sheet, in the side part opening of which a refilling port is formed.SOLUTION: The paper box for housing the rolled sheet is formed as follows. A rolled sheet withdrawing port formation part is arranged to extend from a top side board of a rectangular parallelepiped-saped square tube body to a front board thereof. A cover part A for the refilling port, in which the cover part has an inserting piece C comprising a head part 3a2 having an R shape at the tip edge and a drum part 3a1, is formed by a discontinuous cut line for separation on one of a pair of outside flaps being one of two pairs of flaps for closing the side part opening to be used as the refilling port. A cover member is formed, on the other of the pair of outside flaps. Then, the cover member has an emboss concave part E and an insertion hole D comprising: a cut line L2 having the lateral width larger than the maximum width of the head part of the cover part A; and a notched part that has a shape formed by integrating a narrow rectangular notched part on the flap tip side of the cut line with a semi-elliptic notched part in the flap on the opposite side of the cut line. Also, the cover member is used for opening/closing the refilling port together with the cover part A.
