The rotational shaft 22 includes: a sensor magnet 32 fixed thereto on a base end side in an axial direction; and a molding part 26 formed therein on a tip end side on an opposite side to the sensor magnet 32 by forging processing, the molding part being reduced in diameter coaxially with a core fixing part 25 having a rotor core 23 fixed thereto.
